Welcome to St. Stephens Lutheran Church
Sunday Services 9:30 AM Bible Study 11:00 AM
Meet our staff
Pastor Kurt Overway is sailor at heart, and a fan of his 4 grandsons as well! He loves teaching, and leading bible study, as well as guiding our young and old in their faith in God. He is a graduate of Concordia University Ann Arbor and Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. Ask him about Ted Drewes and he’ll tell you about his favorite frozen custard!
Want to know more about God’s word? Join us for Services on Sundays at 9:30 AM and our Bible Classes and Sunday School at 11AM, and you will leave knowing more about us, and especially God’s Word!
We will begin our outdoor services on Memorial Day weekend and run through Labor Day, weather permitting! Come join us!
St. Stephens is a growing, welcoming community of believers that love to fellowship, read, study, play, and especially eat!
IT’S ALMOST TIME!!

🪑 Welcome to the CHAIR-ity Trail!
A Summer of Art, Community, and Adirondack Attitude
This summer, starting June 8, we're turning our town into a gallery — one Adirondack chair at a time.
Introducing the CHAIR-ity Trail: a vibrant, walkable (and photo-worthy!) fundraiser featuring hand-painted Adirondack chairs on display at local businesses all across our community.
Each chair is a one-of-a-kind work of art, decorated by local artists, and inspired volunteers. From whimsical to breathtaking, bold to hilarious — every chair has a story to tell.
🗺️ Follow the Trail:
Scan the QR code at any participating location to access our interactive CHAIR-ity Trail map.
Visit them all, snap a selfie or two, and share and vote for your favorites!
đź’Ą The Grand Finale:
At the end of the summer, all chairs will be auctioned off on August 16, 2025, with proceeds going toward The Ladder Community Center!.
That’s right — you can bring home a masterpiece and support your community.
So take the trail.
Take a picture.
Take a moment to support something wonderful.
Just don’t take a seat — these beauties are for looking, not lounging (until you buy one!).

Mid-Winter GAME DAY!
